Typically a Transportation Coordinator, Prop Master or Art Director will call us or come in looking for a type of car, sometimes they know the make and model, often they do not, they just have a general description, or a set of specific requirements such as clear windows, or fins, or a convertible with a large backseat etc.

Tell us any special needs you may have, such as the time period, color, etc. Let us know if its for a still shoot, if it needs to move, or if you need a precision/stunt driver. The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can locate the right vehicle for the job.

Where we may be unable to supply a vehicle from our own stock, we draw on our database of 20,000 plus vehicles, the resources of a wide number of other vehicle brokers, dealers, clubs, and individual private owners. (One of many advantages of privately owned vehicles is that they are often in excellent mechanical as well as physical condition.) We will turn every stone until your director, producer, and/or agency are happy.

We then provide you with high resolution pictures of the proposed vehicles. This can be done by messenger, overnight, email or fax. You are always welcome to visit our office and work with us one to one. You review the vehicles and let us know which ones you like. We then make the arrangements.
